You will find the Cartridge Number or Cartridge Product Code printed on each cartridge

You will find your Printer Model Number printed on the inside of your printer, often near the cable sockets

Cartridge Serial Number – You will find this number on a white label at the back/bottom of each authentic GreenTech cartridge.

How to safely pack your cartridges for transit:
Simply pack the old cartridge in the bag it came in. Please avoid using the original box as this will take up more space and incur carriage costs. If you are returning more than one cartridge you should wrap each cartridge separately in their original bags, all inside a larger plastic bag.

GreenTech Returns Process

Step 1 – REGISTER YOUR RETURN REQUEST. Please complete this form for each item you will be returning.

Step 2 – PACK UP YOUR CARTIDGES. Please carefully and safely pack up the returned items. Then print-out this form and/or write the Returns I.D. Number (R.I.N.) on each package of items.

Step 3 – COURIER PICK-UP. GreenTech will send a courier to pick-up your box/es of items (on the date you specify in this form). The items will arrive the next day at the GreenTech warehouse in Peterborough for inspection and testing.

Step 4 – INSPECTION and TESTING. Upon receipt of your returned items GreenTech will inspect each item and send you a copy of our testing report.

Step 5 – ISSUE YOUR CREDIT/CHEQUE. If the items we tested are deemed to be faulty we will issue you a credit and/or send you a cheque in the post.
