Order by telephone, fax or emailWe have a number of systems in place to process orders received either by telephone, fax or email. Orders can be placed by calling our Sales department and a member of our experienced sales team will be available to take your order. Orders can also be emailed to our Sales department where a member of sales team will process your order and contact you if any further information is required. Online Drop Ship Order SystemWe offer a drop ship service for all of our trade customers. Orders can be delivered directly to your customers from our warehouse. This allows you to sell our products without the need for your own physical stocks. We have recently launched our online drop ship ordering system which has been specifically designed for our online drop ship trade customers. It allows our customers to have more control over the order process, allowing them instant access to their order and delivery tracking details. Orders can be placed at any time of the day and are linked with our couriers for complete customer satisfaction. Fast turnaround and deliveryAll orders for in stock items received before 3:00pm Monday-Friday, are dispatched the same day. On occasions where the goods required are not in stock, where possible we will part ship orders and do our utmost to complete the order as soon as possible. Orders placed through our online system benefit from a later cut off point of 4:00pm each day. Our current range and product developmentWe always work hard to ensure our products are remanufactured to the highest standards using high quality components. Our strict research and development criteria ensure that all of products our tested thoroughly before going into full production. Our current range consists of over 250 toner cartridges, 100+ inkjet cartridges and 700+ varieties of labels under the GreenTech brand. We also offer a neutral packaging "Compatible" brand service designed for customers who wish to sell an alternative to the GreenTech branded products. Cartridge Refurbishment ServiceThis is an ideal service if you have bulk quantities of empty toner or inkjet cartridges which you require refilling. We can professionally remanufacture your empty cartridges, using the same processes used to produce our own cartridges. We can also offer to purchase the empty cartridges, giving you complete flexibility. Product SourcingIf you are unable to find the products you require from our existing product range, we can source various different types of empty inkjet and toner cartridges and remanufacture to order.
